MARTY is back!
Our new MARTY (audio response teller) is now available.
The MARTY phone number is 1-844-315-0249. (This is a Toll-free number)
The first time you call the new MARTY, you will be asked to Press 1, then you will need to enter your account number followed by #
You will then be asked to enter your PIN number, which is the last four digits of the Primary Member’s Social Security Number followed by the #
You will then be required to select a new PIN. You will be prompted to enter your new 4-digit PIN followed by the #. You will then be prompted to re-enter your new PIN followed by the #
Once you have selected your new PIN, please listen carefully as the MARTY prompts have changed. This is a NEW MARTY and it’s different from the old MARTY, so please listen carefully to the prompts.
Helpful Hints:
When entering a dollar amount, use only numbers followed by the #
Example $100 would be entered as 10000#
$1 would be entered as 100#
When performing a transfer, you will receive a confirmation number once the transfer has been successfully completed. You should write down this confirmation number. If you do not hear a confirmation number, you may not have completed your transaction.
