Books for Kids

July 19, 2010 Books for Kids Book Donation     Photo: Pat Gautier, Edward Little High School and Sarah Fournier, Livermore Falls Middle and High Schools.   Central Maine Federal Credit Union hosted a reception on May 25th, 2010, to present books to Androscoggin Public Middle and High School librarians. This annual donation of “Books for Kids” is Central Maine Credit Union’s signature community project. This marks the Credit Union’s eighth year for donating books to Androscoggin public schools. The Credit Union is proud of the impact this program has on the youth in Androscoggin County. This program has been recognized since 2003, with the Dora Maxwell Award in recognition of outstanding achievement in a social responsibility program. This year, the Credit Union received a first place Dora Maxwell Award.
