March 8, 2010 Normally, it takes ten to 14 business days for your check order to arrive. Our servicer has informed us that they are now seeing orders take three to four weeks. The orders are still getting to the mail in the same time frame, but the mailing process seems to have slowed down. We're trying to determine the cause of the mail delay, but in the interim, members should consider ordering checks sooner than you have in the past. We apologize for any inconvenience.
