All members of Central Maine FCU agree to maintain a savings account with a $10.00 minimum balance. This establishes and assures your continuing membership with us. Deposits to savings accounts may be made by direct deposit, payroll deduction, mail, in person, or through online transfers. Our ATM and night deposit are available for your convenience.
SUPER SAVER ACCOUNT: Requires a minimum balance of $500.00
MONEY MARKET ACCOUNT: Requires a minimum balance of $10.00
CLUB ACCOUNTS: Requires a minimum balance of $5.00. Christmas Club funds are transferred to the account of your choice in early October or may remain in your Club account until you are ready to withdraw the funds.
With Central Maine Federal Credit Union, your funds are insured up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration, (NCUA), a U.S. Government agency.

When you open an account, we are required by the USA Patriot Act to verify your identity. We will ask for your: Name, Address, Date of Birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. Please be prepared to show us your valid driver's license, pay stub, utility bill or other documents that show your NAME and PHYSICAL ADDRESS.
